I use the iTunesMetaData script for Max to grab the Gracenote information (you need Max and iTunes running at the same time but obviously make sure iTunes is not set to automatically rip CDs). You still have to be vigilant even with the Gracenote stuff but I found it far better than MusicBrainz.
