Well - it depends. This is a live, mono recording - originally on tape, and recorded I believe by Carnegie Hall staffers - that has a great deal of hiss on the original, and which was made in 1954, when compression of the basic sound was common. So, if you're looking for technical high quality in the audio, you're out of luck. But if you want to hear Heifetz in all his live glory, as well these days as it's possible to do, I think the FLACs are very good. I thought the MP3 version suffered from a more telling compressed "dullness".
