If you can display it in the grid, then you can sort on the value. 
Right-click anywhere in the column headers, then 'Customize
columns...'.  Use the 'New' button to create a new column.  Give it a
name, then set Value to '%accurateripresult%'.  If you plan on changing
the value in Mp3tag, you can set Field to '%accurateripresult%',
otherwise just leave Field blank.  Leave 'Sort by' blank.  Use the
'Move up/down' buttons to position the column where you like.

You should also be able to use Mp3tag's filtering (View > Filter, or
F3), which I'm not too familiar with using.  It looks like if you add
the ACCURATERIPRESULT field to the columns as explained above, then
close Mp3tag and open it back up again,  the new field will be added to
the list of fields that you can filter on.
