mattybain, mostly 256k b_h, you can either burn the tracks to CD and rerip, or google Soundtaxi (or similar). First solution is free but a bit more labour intensive, second easier but there is a licence fee involved. Also, not sure where you are based geographically. Things like Soundtaxi are more acceptable in some jurisdictions than others.
