Yes, right click on the headings and click on new. You can call it anything you want but say, Album Gain then in,I think, the field put %REPLAYGAIN_ALBUM_GAIN% then save. You can repeat for %REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN% and %REPLAYGAIN_ALBUM_PEAK% and%REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_PEAK% then you are all set. If you have you library set up where you could load smaller amounts it will be a bit quicker. :) Hope it works for you. Once you have this set up you can hit view extended tags and actually edit a replaygain tag.
