I use Samsung SH-S203P with dBpoweramp ref 13 and it's blazingly quick and secure. C2 supported, doesn't cache. There's a myriad of models in the 203 range; the differences (marked by the letter at the end of the drive's name) seem to be top speed for DVD burning and LightScribe support. Research showed this to be the one to go for - at least in the UK, as the other ones were out of stock at the time!
