Since getting my sqeezebox a few weeks ago i've slowly been fixing all my tags.
I have one album though which appears to be tagged correctly in mp3tag and winamp. but within queezecenter half the tracks are missing from the 'Album' and I've found them all tagged with a completely different album! At first i thought this was an issue with squeeze center as the tag info is correct in mp3tag (despite there being both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags) but if i open the track with notepad++ and do a text search i can see the incorrect info right at the bottom near the encoder info.
