Does anybody know WHEN they filed this patent? Technically, iPeng is doing this already now (it downloads the playlist first, the it's stored on the iPod, and the you can playback stuff), but it's almost certain to have been ready only AFTER Apple filed this patent. Also, there are a few solutions that came out for iPhone already last year which technically allow you to do this, so maybe these will be prior art, too.
