There is a beginners guide in the SD Wiki, but it was written when you had to install FLAC and AccurateRip manually, which now come pre-installed. http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/BeginnersGuideToRipping
As for burst vs. secure, if I'm pretty sure the disc is in the AR database I just use burst mode and if there is a match then it's secure and faster. For more obscure discs I use secure mode and do a test and copy rather than just copy. Others use burst mode with test and copy and enable the c2 error pointers in EAC, rather than disable them as the wiki shows. -- Skunk http://www.last.fm/user/TheSkunk/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Skunk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2685 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=52456 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
