Yes like I had said both dbpoweramp and Mediamonkey can easily do this. Mediamonkey is bit more graphic oriented but dbpoweramp gives you a better ripper and many other tools. I liked to have both myself when I was beginning but now I really only need dbpoweramp. Don't get me wrong, Mediamonkey is still a really nice program.
