Have you tried [url=http://www.tuneupmedia.com]TuneUp[/url>]? We're a new plugin to iTunes that fixes bad or missing metadata and finds cover art. There's also a "concerts" and a "now playing" feature. Only PC for now, but we're launching Mac in a few weeks.
