Not sure if this helps, but I've recently downloaded 'Medieval CUE Splitter'. (free) This simple app will split a single file (MP3 or FLAC) of an album into the various tracks....assuming the associated *.cue file is present. Seems to work perfectly for me the times I've tried it (mostly on FLACs though)
