I can say from experience that SqueezeCenter will show *every* problem with tags. You do need to get hold of mp3tag and read the wiki on setting mp3tag to show all tag types. I've found that no other program will let you see the true position with your ID3v1, ID3v2 and APE tags and get them sorted; lots of programs claim to make tagging 'easy'.
