Well I've tried a few of the methods and like the "J. River's Media Center and MediaJukebox" so far.
One thing I am noticing is the wide range in qualtiy in many of the cover scans. Being a photography enthusiast, I'm a bit of a stickler for color accuracy and noise and I'm finding that many of the scans are quite bad. What I like about MediaCenter so far is that it will pull up a list of available scans and then allow me to preview them and select the one I prefer. Even so I think I may have to scan a few of my own covers to fill the gaps left by the poor and non-available scans. It's not very difficult to customize the settings on most scanners, clearly many people don't take even that little bit of time to assure quality output. -- Jetlag Two SB3's and a Transporter, SC running on my ReadyNAS Pro What can I say, I'm a NAS Man! ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jetlag's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1012 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=56923 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
