Well, there's the obvious quality concern of using a lossy codec like AAC. AAC is *not* the same as Apple Lossless. Whether you will -hear- the inferior quality of lossy AAC depends on your ears and your audio equipment. And even if you cannot hear the difference now, you might be able to some day if you move up to a higher end audio system.
