There's no such thing as an invalid id3 frame.  The spec (if you
actually want to call the thing drawn up a decade ago and published
nowhere other than on a web site a "spec") designates native frames -
it does _not_ preclude the use of _other_ frames.  If it was invented
by Apple for iTunes, then that would probably cover a significant
percentage of the common usage.  To put it mildly.

So do I.  Neither should cause issues among applications attempting to
read tags from a file.
