I fixed the few CDs that were ripped in error with DISCNUMBER = 1 and the (Disc 1) at the end of those albums are now gone. But, I still would like to suppress the (Disc 1 of x) that is added to the name of the albums in the Web UI and the players screens for multiple CD albums. I have several albums that are made up of multiple CDs where each CD is already labeled Vol 1., Vol 2.,...etc. I still want tags these CDs consistently and so I add the DISCNUMBER = 1/x, 2/x... etc to each FLAC file that makes up the album. When I navigate albums names via the Web UI or SB3 menus I get Album Name Vol 1. (Disc 1 of x), Album Name Vol 2. (Disc 2 of x)... etc. My Classical music folder is full of albums with long names and with volumes numbers associated with the album name. The Interface title format for the Web UI and the player is TRACKNUM. TITLE (TRACKSTATRATINGDYNAMIC). I'm assuming that "TITLE" encompasses Track Name, Album Name and Disc x/x. Why not have the elements under "TITLE" be optional? Maybe I'm crazy as I'm probably the only one that wants to be able to suppress the (Disc x of x) and the end of the albums titles without removing the DISC x/x tag. -- tamanaco ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tamanaco's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4620 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58069 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
