Thanks for that not so helpful suggestion! Must be in technical support...
If I was able to find a clear and simple answer as easily as that I would have done so! As I thought I had made clear, I don't have a problem embedding artwork, it was finding something that would bulk import from my existing artwork rather than just go the 'let itunes fine it all' approach. Was expecting to have resort to scripts but as a non techie this is not ideal for me. For anyone else who might be looking for this, MP3TAG will do it. I had only found a way of importing artwork on an album by album basis before with MP3TAG, but it can be done. With MP3TAG: 1. Open at the highest level of your directory structure the tracks you wish to add artwork to. 2. Click on Convert/Actions 3. Create a new action group & call it something appropriate 4. Edit this new group by double clicking on it and the action box will open. 5. Click on the add new action and you will get a drop down list which includes 'import cover from file' should be intuitive from there.... Have used MP3TAG for a while but this was never relevant before while only dealing with FLAC. Thanks James for the heads up on this. -- ntom SB3,Perpetual Technologies P1-A/P3-A,Naim82 + 4xNaim135, Martin Logan SL3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ntom's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3197 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=59178 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
