I have used listed the reader(s) cq. performers under artists, just as I use this field for the performing artists for classical music and composer for the writer. When the two coincide, as they sometimes do, the writer's name ends up in two places. Oh, the director (for radio plays) ends up in the conductor slot. Genre is either audiobook or radioplay. I also found continuous track numbering very useful (not starting a fresh with every new cd) especially for later transferal to CD or USB stick to play in the car.
