I use EAC to rip CDs and I mostly manage an accurate rip on the first or
second attempt. However, I was ripping a commercial CD today where I was
told that 7 of the tracks were not in the AccurateRip database and the
other 8 were not accurately ripped. I tried 3 times and compared what I
got on each. Every rip was a bit perfect copy of the other two so I
figure it's close enough for Rock and Roll in this case.

Does AccurateRip use the CD id AND a hash of extracted tracks bytes to
check what is ripped? If so, how can part of a CD not be in the
database?
