Assuming Windows XP, if you want to set up a default program for
opening FLAC files, there are a couple of routes into the relevant file
association settings:

1) Use explorer to locate a FLAC file, then right-click -> 'Open With'
-> 'Choose Program...', then select the program that you want to be the
default FLAC player. Remember to tick 'Always use the selected program
to open this kind of file' at the bottom of the panel.

2) If the 'Open With' option isn't available on your right-click, you
can instead go into the 'Tools' menu at the top of an explorer window,
select 'Folder Options...' then 'File Types'. Scroll the list to find
FLAC and then edit it appropriately. In your case there evidently will
be an entry for FLAC already (pointing to the Kodak program), but if
there wasn't you could use the 'New' button to set up a new
association.

Edit: what Radish says about SC is correct - the 'Kodak' association
relatesonly to Windows Explorer, and does not affect the file types
that SC understands. SC goes by file extensions, and the 'Kodak'
association has not changed the extension, merely changed the Explorer
file association for that extension.
