+1 for DVD Audio Explorer. It is a very easy program to use and allows extraction of whatever audio files are available on DVDA.
I spent a while last night ripping the stereo 24/96 files from the six DVDAs in the Doors box set, and the 24/192 from David Crosby's If I Could Only Remember My Name.
