I'll look into these suggestions and post again once I've found something more definitive. I am fairly certain that Media Monkey isn't the source of the problem, as I would estimate that about 1 in 10 directories is not working. With around 500 directories so far, I'm about to start identifying which ones are the problems and start trying the fixes once I finish applying all of the artwork that can be done (and checking them).
