In my experience there's occasionally a disc that is impossible to rip in anything but burst mode whether you're using EAC or dbpoweramp - this sounds like one of them. In my experience EAC's burst mode generally succeeds where others have failed. Give it a try and then give it a listen - odds are very high the burst rip will be fine.
