Eric, The DVD-A by ELP of Brain Salad Surgery (for example) has only 24/96 5.1 mix tracks on it - no stereo tracks of any resolution. However, it does have the downmix matrix file on there, so DVD-A Explorer can "get stereo downmix" - there is an option for this in the latest version.
