Another option is to include the disc number in the track number.  For
instance, 101 Track 1.flac is track 1 on disc 1, 210 Track 10.flac is
track 10 on disc 2.

This way you can put all of the files in a single directory, yet still
maintain the fact that they originated on 2 seperate CDs.

I like to keep the number of subdirectories down to a minimum - must my
personal preference.
