There was an old script for MP3Tag on Win that did this on a per album basis, but it was discontinued a couple of years ago after legal threats from AMG. I think there were similar scripts for other tagging software on Win (The Godfather?), but they were also removed. The now discontinued Win software MusicMatch did also have its own mood tags in COMM frames in mp3 (something like COMM_MUSICMACTH_MOOD) that I think was retrieved from AMG. Today I think only dbPoweramp can retrieve the Genre and Style (Style being best described as sub genre) information from AMG, but only upon ripping the CD.
