How are you browsing the library? If you are using My Music > Music Folder then it doesn't read the tags, and instead orders by filename (as sorted by the server's OS). Any other method of browsing (via Artist, Albums, Genres, etc.) uses the tags and should show the tracks in the correct order if your tags are correct.
