I'm actually having this same problem ... although, I'm having it with a particular 5 FLAC files. I've used MediaMonkey to scrub all the ID3 tags of all versions, double-checked the artwork in the tag (500x500) and nothing helps.
If some expert wants to examine one of these files, I can post it somewhere quick for you to take a look. thanks for any help!
