I'm running Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I don't think MP3Tag is available on the Mac. I've been using iTunes for tagging since I don't know of any good alternatives.
I checked out the tags on one of the problem files in SBS. There are the ART and AART tags, which both show up in SBS. There's also a CONDUCTOR tag with the appropriate name that doesn't show up in SBS. There's also a WRT tag and a SOAR tag. The SOAR value is the same as ART and the WRT is also the same except that the last name of the artist is given first.
