Three differences I can think of:
1) TinySBS is launched with commandline options that disable the web
interface, transcoding, and support for SliMP3 and SB1

2) TinySBS uses SQLite for the database instead of MySQL. TinySBS is
similar to 7.6.0 beta in this regard (though 7.6.0 offers a choice of
SQLite or MySQL when running on a regular pc/nas).

3) Several configuration options are not available on TinySBS. Some of
them may be configurable through direct editing of the prefs file --
they just don't have a user interface for the settings on the Touch.
