I don't have that disk, but I haven't run into any problems ripping any
"copy protected" CDs. Ironically, my last car had distinct issues
playing these discs so I used to rip them and make copies so I could
play them in the car :D

EAC added a "read native TOC" or something similar a while back to cope
with many butchered CDs. If the CD is showing a different number of
tracks to the actual album and the lengths don't look right, you can
choose this option and EAC will go manually read the TOC instead of
just displaying what it is told. 

Oh, and some drives aren't as good at dealing with these discs as
others. A different computer may fix it for you. Try to find a very new
one if possible.
