OK... an old thread here, but I just downloaded Jaikoz Music Tagger. 
It looks very promising, but with 70,000+ FLAC files that are already
99% tagged (perhpas not to the degree that can be obtained with Jaikoz
Music Tagger) I am pretty nervous about trying to scan the whole
collection.

Any comments about this product?  All of my songs have already been
through MusicIP.  (I'm searching for a replacement for that product,
which is how I found Jaikoz Music Tagger.)  I very, very rarely create
CDs.  (I rip those that I purchase and then box them up out in the
garage.)
