+1 for Music Bee. I have been using it for a couple of days and it seems close to perfect for my needs. I use it mainly to sync music to my HTC HD2 mobile and it is the only software I have found that does it perfectly everytime even getting album art across which has been a sticking point for me for ages. I used to use WinAmp but I'm sold on MusicBee :-)
