ah, thats the tip i needed!  the path thing is supposed to do that, but
i bet i did that wrong, prob didn't list all the encoders i needed.  no
matter, easier to just copy the exes in there.

i have no idea how to use your script, (embarrassing, i know), and
worse i don't understand what its supposed to do?
