BUT.... As far as I can tell if you have your squeezebox set to the maximum volume (100%) it doesn't work for music with a to low volume level... It's already at max volume. Replaygain works perfectly if the music is to loud but if it's to soft I've done the Audacity trick mentioned by Apesbrain for a few recordings I have from the "The Wall" tour from Roger Waters. They were about 8dB lower in volume than 'normal' and replaygain didn't help... I used foobar2000 to find out what replaygain would be needed and used audacity to amplify the recordings with that level...
