AMG is way better than freedb, but still leaves a lot to be desired for
classical music. But AMG isn't free, and comments by the developer of
dBpoweramp indicate that the AMG licensing fees are quite high. All of
which is a long way of saying that a good classical music database, if
one even exists, is likely to cost you.

One database that I haven't seen mentioned yet is MusicBrainz. It's big
and has a lot of metadata fields that others don't have. But it's still
weak on classical.
