Rename or delete old svn puddletag it will not overwrite but abbort
(god feature)
It will retain settings nice :) hidden .puddletag dir
First install mercurial
Code:
--------------------
$ sudo apt-get install mercurial
--------------------
Then checkout puddletag
Code:
--------------------
$ hg clone
http://puddletag.hg.sourceforge.net:8000/hgroot/puddletag/puddletag puddletag
--------------------
And now can some experienced mercurial user chime in and tell what the
best "update" command would be, similar to "svn up"
For testing purpose would it be simpler to "hg clone" everytime or
could I update just the changes there are some stuff like hg pull -u or
hg fe ?
Anything but clone gives (.hg not found)! whn i try
I can clone, I just remove the previus version and clone a new one, but
then I download the whole app every time i do it, it's not big but
anyway, if you don't mind the extra server-load I'll stick to that ?
