I never said anything about playlists created in SBS, or SBS modifying or copying them. I was referring to what SBS expects for path references. So I just took two minutes to edit one of my m3u playlists to use relative paths instead of absolute paths, taking the playlist folder as the reference point. Worked just fine. So you should be good to go on the m3u files.
