If art exists already, it leaves it be. If it exists as a file but
isn't embedded, it will embed it (assuming you want embedded art) and
vice versa.

If no art exists at all it finds it online. 

You can change art for any of your albums and it will do all the
embedding/saving.

What NAS is it btw? If it's ReadyNAS, check out
http://www.readynas.com/?p=5624 which installs bliss on your NAS itself
which should also improve the network performance issues.

Disclaimer: it's commercial software. First 100 albums are free.
