are you converting to mp3 and then burning to a disc that you play in
car CD player? Or are you connecting an mp3 player to an input in your
car?  If burning to a disc, are you sure your car cd player can play
mp3 discs? Many can't. Also, some car mp3 disc players can't use VBR or
sometimes seem to require ID3v.1 tags.
