i want to transcode/downsample my 24/96 Files autmatically to 24/48 for
my Squeezebox Receiver, so i tried this in the convert.conf (i found the
code in this forum and modified the MAC-Adress):
flc flc transcode 00:04:20:17:d5:88

This didn't work. When i use the * instead the MAC-Adress, it works,
but then for all devices. But i want to do this espacially for the
device with the MAC-Adress. The othe Device is a Squeezebox Touch, so
the transoding is not necessary.
When the transcoding is working, i recognized on my Synology 411+
(7.6.1 SBS) that the lame prozess is going up. Why? Is sox using lame?
I thought, that the transcoding is using wav and not mp3.
The configuration site shows, that flac is complete disabled, see
attachment. Why?
Can you help me? Please excuse my bad english, my nativ language is
german.
