Hi All, Now that 7.7 has been released with support for uPNP and photos and video aswell as music I have just realised how attrocious the tagging on my photos is! For my music tagging I use MediaMonkey which is pretty good and allows me to see easily where I have messed up. I also use mp3Tag for the difficult tags that MediaMonkey cannot do. As a last resort, I copy the audio to a new file without tags and re-tag. This has given me a fully tagged music collection that I am happy with.
Now, when it comes to photos I am lost! My camera tags some fields (the technical ones such as apature, exposure etc that I don't really care about), and the date which I do care about and is often wrong as I always forget to set it on my camera! I also want to tag things like occasion (birthday, christmas etc.) location, people present but have no idea how to go about it. Can anyone offer and tips for tagging photos (preferably batch-wise rather than having to do them all individually!) Thanks, indiff. -- indifference_engine 1xRadio, 2xReceiver, 2xController, 1xSB3, 2xSqueezeSlave, SBS 7.5.3 Inventor of SqueezeIR applet for the Controller ------------------------------------------------------------------------ indifference_engine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20698 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91918 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
