I am currently tidying up my collection and noticed with several artists that my Sueezebox shows various ways of spelling the artists name i.e. Morrissey, morrissey and MORRISSEY all displayed seperately.
I have a Sony Walkman and it is the same on there. So I used a tag editor and changed everything to the correct Morrissey on all the tracks. When I then copied all this back over to my Walkman it showed with just the one Artist i.e Morrissey But after I ran a full rescan of my library on the Squeezebox server (or whatever it is called now) it still insists on displaying Morrissey, morrissey and MORRISSEY. I have checked the tags and they are all set at Morrissey.
