It is an AAC stream. The SB Receiver & Boom cannot play AAC natively but a Radio can which means your NAS has to do transcoding from AAC to Flac. So the problem is either the necessary transcoding applications (flac and faad) are not available on your NAS or your NAS does not have a powerful enough CPU to do the transcoding.
