On the 'My Music' tab in the advanced settings you can choose to integrate artists ans album artists in the artists listing This should solve your problem.
Further, I would follow Garry's advice. MP3 Tag will do it for you, Foobar will also do it. If you don't want to invest in the custom browse plugin, which is $20, there is another workaround. I put the composer in front of the album name, i.e. "Mozart - Wind Serenades". Now you can use the album listing for easy composr access.
