Thanks JJZolx! I can't remember where the options came from that I had. I changed to just "-V 0". Results are identical for a given album including the TLEN being 0 on the last song of the album (TLEN is correct for the other songs). The length (duration) of all songs on the album shows correctly, including the last song that shows TLEN = 0.
