I made an interesting discovery recently in that "discsubtitle" is supported by LMS, so here you have a multiple CD set e.g. an album with a bonus live CD unrelated to the main album you can use discsubtitle in conjunction with album to differentiate them. Both discs get the same album name, but discsubtitle contains the album title of each of the CDs - after scanning in LMS you'll find the two listed separately.
