I've used Erland's Custom Scan etc plugins for some years but recently my Custom Browse menus have been playing up. Finally worked out that my Tag Mapping (in Custom Scan / Custom Tag) has somehow got corrupted:( No idea how this could have happened and I hadn't made a back-up:(
Now trying to reinstate the mappings and wish to test on a small sample of my music library. Unfortunately, the testing process is not easy as Custom Scan is now taking forever to complete (recently, my main scan has been taking about 25 minutes but I need to wait a further 2 hours for Custom Scan to complete). If I set my database to a single album, the main scan takes about 15 seconds but Custom Scan seems to want to scan the whole library:( Is there a way to restrict the Custom Scan to the album (or small sub-set of my library) selected for testing purposes?
