Regarding track no. in title field, clarify a bit. For example, my
FILENAMES include the track number and title. For example

x:\music\The Beatles\Abbey Road\01 - Come Together.flac

But my metadata TAGS for the file would have:
ARTIST = The Beatles
ALBUM = Abbey Road
TRACK = 01
TITLE = Come Together

So if you're actually putting the track number into the TAG for title,
that's not a good idea. You'd want the track number in its own tag
(TRACK) and the title in its own tag field (TITLE).
